Puff pastry and Savoy cabbage appetizer and then air fried! Exactly, to prepare these small puff pastry dumplings filled with ricotta and Savoy cabbage sautéed, they are fried in the air fryer. Naturally without added oil, note that the puff pastry contains a lot of butter and therefore in cooking makes the outer puff very crunchy while the center remains soft, so no need to add oil. Delicious for any party as an appetizer, for an aperitif or simply for a greeting exchange. I will prepare them for Christmas Eve to toast at the beginning of dinner. You can decide the size, these practical cutters come in three sizes so you can choose how to prepare them.
