Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 oz sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- to taste vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet baking powder
- 1 cup apple
- to taste chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 Baking tray
- 1 Knife
How to Make Apple and Chocolate Cookies
In a bowl, add the egg, oil, and milk. Mix with a fork.
Add the sugar and continue mixing with the fork. Add the vanilla extract and mix. (Vanilla extract is optional.)
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then continue kneading by hand until you get a homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough obtained with a rolling pin on a lightly floured sheet of parchment paper. Form a rectangle.
Add the diced apple and chocolate chips on the rectangle. Roll up the rectangle using the parchment paper to help.
Cut the roll into slices to obtain the cookies.
Place the cookies obtained on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. If desired, brush the cookies with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F and let cook for about 20 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
