Chocolate salami without eggs, a delicious and very easy dessert to prepare. Quick and super tasty, chocolate salami is loved by everyone, young and old! And then, to make it, you only need 10 minutes, 5 ingredients, and it’s ready.
It really takes just a few ingredients to create this delight: cocoa biscuits (Pandistelle), Oro Saiwa, Nutella, butter, and hazelnuts, and finally, the indispensable powdered sugar to give it the appearance of a real salami.
Moreover, it’s also easy to prepare. Once all the ingredients are mixed, however, it must necessarily rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours, so the butter will solidify again and it will be easier to cut without it crumbling.
If you prefer, here is the version with eggs. We like it both ways.
It’s the perfect dessert to prepare when you have little time available.
Let’s see together how to make the recipe for the Chocolate Salami without Eggs. Get the ingredients ready as we begin.

- 3.5 oz plain biscuits (Oro Saiwa)
- 7 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp Nutella®
- 1 oz hazelnut crumbs
- to taste powdered sugar (for the surface)
Tools
- 1 Mixer

Steps
First, put the butter in a saucepan, melt it gently, and let it cool. You can also place it in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave. In the meantime, put the Pandistelle biscuits in the mixer and crush them into crumbs;
Put the Oro Saiwa biscuits in a food bag and break them into pieces by crushing them with your hands. Then, pour them into a fairly large bowl.
Add the cooled melted butter, the Nutella (melt it in the microwave first for a few seconds), and the hazelnut crumbs; mix well with a spoon.
Prepare a large enough sheet of parchment paper, pour the biscuit mixture. Close the parchment paper and shape the contents with your hands, giving it the shape of a salami.
Place in the refrigerator for about two hours. Once ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Store in the fridge…if any remains, of course. Here’s the Chocolate Salami without eggs ready. Enjoy your meal!
Until the next recipe.
