How to prepare strawberry and coconut truffles?
Mix pureed strawberries with crushed biscuits and coconut, form balls, coat them in melted white chocolate and roll in shredded coconut.
How long should they rest in the fridge?
At least 1 hour to harden the white chocolate and give the sweet a firm texture.
Can I use milk chocolate instead of white?

Yes, they can be frozen and then thawed in the fridge or at room temperature just before serving.
What type of biscuits is best to use?
Dry biscuits like digestive or Oro Saiwa are fine. Butter biscuits are also perfect for a richer taste.
