The soft tart with Nutella is a quick and super delicious cake. To prepare it you will need the smart tart pan. The one that creates a groove in the cake. If you’re not familiar with it, don’t worry, I will show you below how it looks.
Once cooked, you can fill it according to your taste: you can use Nutella, jam, cream. Whatever you prefer.
It is a very versatile cake, perfect for breakfast, snack or to serve as a dessert at the end of a meal.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- to taste rum flavoring
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- to taste Nutella®

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Tart Pan
How to Prepare the Soft Tart with Nutella
In a bowl, put the egg and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a light and fluffy mixture. Add the milk and oil. Mix everything well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and a few drops of rum flavoring. (If you want, you can also skip it). Mix with the electric mixer.
Pour the obtained mixture into a 11-inch smart tart pan, previously greased and floured. If you’d like to take a look at my pan, click here.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let the base cool, and place it on a serving plate. Fill the tart groove with Nutella.
