  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsps tbsps potato starch
  • 2 1/2 tbsps tbsps rice flour
  • 1 1/3 cups cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

How to Make the Cake with Greek Yogurt and Nutella

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.

  • Add the Greek yogurt and mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the flour, rice flour, and potato starch. Mix everything well.

  • Finally, add the baking powder and mix carefully to avoid lumps.

  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 8-inch pan.

  • On the surface, using a teaspoon, add the Nutella. (I used 7 teaspoons).

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 35 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking time based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
