Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsps tbsps potato starch
- 2 1/2 tbsps tbsps rice flour
- 1 1/3 cups cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder

How to Make the Cake with Greek Yogurt and Nutella
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour, rice flour, and potato starch. Mix everything well.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix carefully to avoid lumps.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured 8-inch pan.
On the surface, using a teaspoon, add the Nutella. (I used 7 teaspoons).
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 35 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking time based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
