Diplomatic cream is a delicious and fluffy cream. It is created by simply combining pastry cream with Chantilly cream. We gently fold the Chantilly cream into the pastry cream, being careful not to deflate it. It is often mistakenly called Chantilly cream, but the latter is made with cream, sugar, and flavored with a vanilla pod.
It is excellent as a spoon dessert, for filling cakes, or used instead of mascarpone to make tiramisu.
Let’s prepare it together 😜👇.
