Ingredients for Pistachio Croissants with Puff Pastry

  • 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular or round)
  • 4 oz pistachio cream
  • 1 oz pistachio grains
  • as needed milk (to brush on top)

Preparation of Pistachio Croissants with Puff Pastry

  • Unroll the puff pastry (round or rectangular) and cut it into 6 triangles with the fluted wheel.

  • Weigh the pistachio cream and distribute it equally at the base of each triangle.

  • Roll the croissants starting from the wide end and finishing with the pointed end, shape the croissant by lightly pressing the edges, place them on the baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Lightly brush the surface of the croissants with milk, sprinkle pistachio grains on top.

  • Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and once ready, bake for 30 minutes, then take them out, let them cool slightly, and enjoy!
