Pan Pizza without Yeast

Pan Pizza without Yeast: simple and quick to prepare. No resting and no oven required.

The pan pizza without yeast is very simple to prepare. To avoid rising times, I used instant yeast for savory cakes. Naturally, this pizza is not like classic pizza, but if you’re craving pizza and don’t have time or don’t want to turn on the oven, this is the perfect recipe.

For the topping, I used only tomato sauce, but you can prepare it according to your tastes. Naturally, you will need to check the cooking times, as they might differ from those I indicate in the recipe.

But let’s see right away how to prepare the pan pizza without yeast.

How to Prepare Pizza without Yeast

  • In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, salt, oil, and water. Mix with a spoon until you obtain a smooth dough.

  • Grease a 10-inch pan with a drizzle of oil. The pan should have a thick bottom.

  • Place the dough in the pan and level it out with your hands.

  • Serve and enjoy.
