Ingredients
- 18 oz green beans (frozen)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- Half cup water
Tools
- Pan
- Spatula
- Lid
- Colander
Steps
Let’s start preparing the green beans.
If they are frozen, let them thaw for a while or follow the instructions on the package. If they are fresh, wash them and remove the ends.
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the peeled garlic clove and let it slightly brown to flavor the oil.
Add the green beans, half a cup of water, season with salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crunchy. It will take about 8-10 minutes.
Once cooked, add the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Let it flavor for a few minutes, remove the garlic, and serve hot!
Enjoy your meal.
