Peach Muffins by Spoon: simple and quick muffins to prepare. Perfect for breakfast and snack time.
The peach muffins are very easy to prepare: you won’t need a scale! To measure the ingredients, you’ll need a spoon.
For the preparation, I used peaches, but you can use the fruit you prefer.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 peaches
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Half packet baking powder

- 1 Mixer

How to prepare Peach Muffins by Spoon
In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the yogurt and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Also add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a smooth mixture without lumps.
Finally, add the peaches cut into pieces and mix with the spoon.
Place paper liners inside a muffin pan. Pour the batter into the liners filling them halfway.
On the surface, I added broken dark chocolate, but if you want, you can also skip it.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F and let cook for about 20 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly and serve.
