Pan cookies are very easy to prepare. They cook in about 5 minutes and the required ingredients are few.
They are perfect for breakfast and snack. They are excellent stuffed with hazelnut cream, but you can also enjoy them as they are.
For cooking, you will need a pan with good non-stick properties and a lid.

How to prepare the stuffed cookies cooked in a pan
In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the oil and yogurt. Mix with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Knead with your hands until you get a compact dough. (If necessary, add more flour).
Wrap the obtained dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a slightly floured surface.
Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies. I used a round cutter, but you can use any shape you like.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove. Place the cookies inside. Cover the pan with the lid. Cook the cookies on both sides for 3/4 minutes.
Fill with hazelnut cream and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
