Coconut and Orange Star-Shaped Cake

Furthermore, we can bake this cake either using a classic springform pan, or if we want to make it more scenic, we can use a decorative and particular mold, for example, a star-shaped one, to obtain a simply beautiful cake!

The preparation is very simple: in a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil, milk, a pinch of salt, the grated zest, and juice of two oranges or other citrus fruits such as tangerines, clementines, mandarins, or lemons. Gradually incorporate the flour sifted with the baking powder and finally the coconut. Keep mixing with the whisk until you get a well-blended and homogeneous batter.
