Soft Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Start preparing the soft chocolate cookies by putting the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the blender’s jar.
Add the butter, cut into cubes and preferably very cold.
Run the blender for a few seconds or until the butter is mixed with the powders and you get a sandy mixture.
At this point, you can add the medium-sized egg and fresh liquid cream.
Run the blender again for a couple of minutes, you should get a firm but still soft and sticky dough.
Transfer the cookie dough to a bowl and add the chocolate chips, I chose dark chocolate chips.
Mix until the chocolate chips are well distributed in the dough.Form the cookies: Take a portion of dough with an ice cream scoop or a spoon.
Quickly work the dough with damp hands to flatten it and place the cookies on the baking tray well spaced apart.
If it’s very hot, put them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.Bake the soft chocolate cookies in a static oven at 428°F for 12-15 minutes.
Take them out of the oven even if they are still soft and let them cool on a cookie cooling rack.
