An incredibly tasty recipe perfect to include in your seafood menus as an appetizer or starter! I wanted to be daring and combine the shrimp with coconut, even though I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but it ended up being a masterpiece! A delicious dish that I will definitely make again! If you like shrimp and want to try new combinations, try this recipe! I chose to fry them because they’re definitely tastier😂 but for a lighter version, you can also cook them in an air fryer or oven!

The preparation of coconut shrimp is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to clean the shrimp by removing the heads, shells, and black vein, or buy pre-cleaned shrimp tails. We coat them in grated coconut then fry them for a few minutes in hot oil. Once ready, remove them and place on a paper towel.
