  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed oil

Steps for Orange Bread Loaf

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    Grease and flour or line with parchment paper a loaf pan (12*5*4 inches). If you don’t have this pan, use a regular springform pan. Wash the oranges well under water, dry them, and cut them into large pieces, removing the seeds if present.

  • Place the oranges in the food processor with the blades. Give an initial blend. Add the oil and milk and blend again.

  • Combine the sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and eggs and blend everything again for a few minutes.

  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Always adjust according to your oven. Before removing from the oven, do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, then the dessert is ready.
