- 1.1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Preparation and Cooking of Zucchini Meatballs in Air Fryer
Clean the zucchini from waste parts, wash and dry it, cut it into pieces, and put it in the chopper; turn it on until the zucchini is finely chopped (it will take a few seconds).
In a bowl, put the mixed ground meat, chopped zucchini, oil, salt, pepper; wear the appropriate gloves and start mixing and kneading with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture.
