Milk Chocolate Brownies

Today’s sweet recipe: milk chocolate brownies.

These treats are not only delicious but also very easy and quick to prepare. Their moist interior and slightly crunchy surface make them truly delicious and irresistible.

Brownies are cookies that originated in America and are named for their color given by chocolate. They are usually made with dark chocolate, but today I’m offering them with milk chocolate. There’s also a version with white chocolate (blondies).

There are many recipes for brownies, and they are often enriched with nuts or flavors, then topped with icing or powdered sugar. In this version, they are left simple to savor all the chocolate flavor.

You can make milk chocolate brownies for any occasion, a birthday party, to impress your guests, or during Christmas holidays, to enjoy during a bingo game. They’re great in the Easter picnic basket or during a day trip. Also perfect for concluding a Sunday lunch and filling the house with an irresistible chocolate aroma.

Let’s see together, step by step, how to make this recipe.

Let’s Prepare Milk Chocolate Brownies Together!

  • First of all, we need to melt the chocolate with the butter using a double boiler (or in the microwave). So, in a casserole, we put some water, then break the chocolate into pieces in a small pot that fits into the casserole but is supported. Add the butter and turn on the stove. Stir occasionally to help it melt, being careful not to let water contact the chocolate. If it boils too hard, lower the heat.

  • While the chocolate melts, let’s handle the rest of the batter. Put the eggs in the bowl of the stand mixer (or using electric beaters), add the sugar, and turn on to beat them until they become frothy. It will take 3/4 minutes.

  • In the meantime, put the flour and cocoa in a bowl, sifting them, then add them to the beaten eggs, mixing carefully and attentively. At this point, add the slightly cooled melted chocolate and mix again with a spatula.

  • Take a baking pan, line it with parchment paper, and pour in the milk chocolate brownie batter, then bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 350°F for 25/30 minutes.
