Ingredients for Coffee and Chocolate Yogurt
- 14 oz Greek yogurt
- 16 ladyfingers
- 3 espresso cups coffee
- 1.75 oz dark chocolate
- 1.41 oz powdered sugar
How to prepare Yogurt and Chocolate Cream
Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and simply stir with a fork to make it super creamy. Divide the ladyfingers to line the base of 4 glasses. Soak them with the coffee.
Divide half of the yogurt over the biscuit base. Cover with more ladyfingers also soaked in coffee. Cover with the remaining yogurt cream.
Melt the dark chocolate in small pieces in a bain-marie or microwave. Make a layer of melted chocolate over the yogurt. Prepare all 4 glasses in the same way. Leave the yogurt dessert to cool in the fridge for about an hour.

If you prefer, plain white yogurt or vanilla is fine too. Greek yogurt is thicker than regular yogurt
The Yogurt with coffee and chocolate can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days
You can replace the ladyfingers with plain biscuits or pavesini biscuits
