Ingredients for Baked Salmon Steaks

  • 2 steaks salmon (about 1.1 lbs)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

How to Prepare Baked Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes

  • Wash the salmon steaks and remove the scales if there are any. Remove any small bones with the help of tweezers. Place the salmon in a greased baking dish.

  • Add thinly sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the salmon slices. Add a little salt, oregano, and finally a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  • Cook the Salmon in the preheated oven at 375°F for 16-18 minutes. Garnish the salmon with chopped parsley.
