Storage and tips
Croissants without eggs and butter can be stored for 3/4 days inside a food bag. You can freeze them after cooking. Take them out of the freezer in the evening and they will be ready to enjoy in the morning.
The next day, I recommend reheating them for a few minutes. This way they will regain both fragrance and softness.
