Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- sesame seeds

Steps
Prepare a large pot of water and bring it to the stove.
Meanwhile, clean the cauliflower by removing the leaves, if present, which can be reused for a soup.
Rinse the cauliflower well under running water.
Before the water reaches a boil, submerge the cauliflower.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and allow to cool slightly.
Cut into 2 slices.
Season them with oil, salt, and pepper.
Preheat a skillet and once hot, add the first slice.
On high heat, roast on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower slice and keep warm, proceed in the same way with the other slice.
Serve with toasted sesame seeds.
Tips
It is possible to season with herbs or paprika.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
