Cucumber and Tuna Sushi
An even stranger “sushi” than the previous one made with salami. This time I made it with slices of cucumber as the base, and inside mozzarella, avocado, and tuna, and I chose to pair it with garlic-flavored mayonnaise on top. I must say I achieved a spectacular and fresh recipe. This recipe is perfect if we want a different appetizer or starter for the summer! Ingredients for Cucumber and Tuna Sushi:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 mozzarella
- 3.5 oz tuna
- Half avocado
Steps
The preparation of cucumber and tuna sushi is very simple and requires no cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, we must thoroughly wash the cucumber and slice it very thinly (I recommend using a mandoline slicer). Slice the mozzarella thinly, and clean and thinly slice the avocado as well. Place plastic wrap on the work surface
arrange the cucumber slices in a slightly overlapping row. Add some mozzarella, avocado, and tuna on top, then roll tightly as possible.
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. After a few hours, remove from the fridge and cut into pieces. Put a bit of mayonnaise on top of each piece using a piping bag and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
