Fit Coconut and Chocolate Ice Cream
An unusual ice cream but very healthy made with Greek yogurt, honey, and shredded coconut then covered with dark chocolate. Since I’ve overindulged in sweets lately but can’t do without them, I chose to prepare these homemade fresh ice creams with a few ingredients. The nice thing about these treats is that we can choose the amount of sugar to add. I chose to add just a little honey, but you can replace it with sugar or something else. They are perfect to enjoy at any time of the day, from breakfast to dessert.

Ingredients for Fit Coconut and Chocolate Ice Cream:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- to taste honey
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
Steps
Preparing the Fit Coconut and Chocolate Ice Cream is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the Greek yogurt, a bit of honey (according to your preference) or other sugars as you like, the shredded coconut, and mix well. Take a bit of the mixture at a time and mold it with your hands to shape the ice creams, inserting a stick in the center. Once ready, place them in the freezer for a few hours.
then melt the chocolate and dip them one by one. Sprinkle a bit of coconut on top and put them back in the freezer!
