Carrot Flatbreads (wrap)
A very versatile summer recipe that we can adapt according to our needs. I made mini flatbreads with carrots and smoked cheese and then filled them with cold cuts and cheeses of choice. A perfect dish for summer evenings if you want to prepare a light and tasty dinner, or an idea for lunch to take to the beach or office – this recipe is perfect in any circumstance!

Ingredients for carrot flatbreads (wrap):
- 2 carrots
- 3.5 oz smoked cheese
- parmesan cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Steps
The preparation of the carrot flatbreads (wrap) is very easy; watch the video HERE.
First, grate the carrots and smoked cheese and mix well. Place some of the obtained mixture on the baking sheet with parchment paper, forming circles.
Add a drizzle of olive oil on top, a pinch of salt, some parmesan, and bake at 356°F for about 20-30 minutes. Once cooked, flip them and fill as desired.
