Storage

If you prepare the ricotta gnocchi in advance, before cooking them you can store them in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.

You can also choose to freeze them, initially placing them in the freezer on a tray separated from each other so they don’t stick together. Once frozen, to save space, you can transfer them to a zip-lock bag. Cook them directly from frozen, please.
