HOW TO MAKE THE GLUTEN-FREE RING CAKE WITH RICE FLOUR
PREPARING THE BATTER: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar very well using the electric whisk. They should be nice and frothy, then add the room temperature yogurt, then the oil and flavoring, and finally the sifted flour with the baking powder.
BAKING THE CAKE: Butter and flour a bundt cake pan of about 9 inches, pour the batter and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but adjust with your oven and do the toothpick test. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
