– You can also make your savory colomba vegetarian simply by omitting the cooked ham, or completely change the filling ingredients as you like; a perfect combination, which I used for my SAVORY PANETTONE, is salami, olives, and provola cheese.
– This recipe is, as you’ve probably guessed, a savory rustic cake recipe made suitable for Easter by presenting it in a colomba mold; but you can make and remake it all year round in a simple bundt or cake mold!
