  • 7 oz dry cookies
  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 5 oz strawberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

  • Wash and cut the strawberries in half, place them in a saucepan with 1/4-1/3 cup of water and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, cook for about 5 minutes then blend everything.

  • Crush the cookies with butter and water, place them in an 8-inch cake mold, and put in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  • Mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar, add a few tablespoons of strawberry syrup, remove the base from the fridge, and fill it with the cream.

  • Cover with the syrup, sprinkle with grated coconut, and put in the fridge for about an hour.
