Blueberry Smoothie, a fresh and tasty drink, with a creamy texture, rich in vitamins, perfect to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack after a day of work.

In general, the Smoothie is a fruit-based drink (but it can also be made with vegetables). It is a cross between a juice, a shake, or a milkshake. It is prepared with a simple blender or food processor. Depending on the desired consistency, you can use, along with the fruit, milk or yogurt or soy milk or ice cream, or even fruit juice.

I used fresh blueberries, yogurt, a bit of milk, some ice cubes, and a scant tablespoon of sugar. You can also omit the sugar for a lighter version, but I preferred it this way. Delicious and refreshing.

Let’s see together how to make the recipe for the Blueberry Smoothie. Prepare the ingredients and let’s get started!!

Storage

You can store the Blueberry Smoothie in the refrigerator well closed for a maximum of 1 day.

Tips

– Sugar: I used 1 tablespoon of sugar. As I already mentioned, you can also not add it or start with just one tablespoon and add more depending on your taste.

– Yogurt: surely using yogurt is healthier, but for a more indulgent version you can replace it with milk or cream.

– Fruit: you can replace blueberries with other fruits of your choice.
