Strawberry Yogurt Semifreddo
A summery dessert, fresh, perfect for these really hot days! Since you really liked the last semifreddos I made, I decided to offer you a version with fresh strawberries and yogurt that I really enjoy! I always say, semifreddos are very convenient to prepare because you can make them well in advance and keep them in the freezer until needed, so if you have unexpected guests, you always have a dessert ready!

Ingredients for Strawberry Yogurt Semifreddo:
- 7 oz strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 7 oz plain yogurt
- 10.5 oz whipped cream
- 3.5 oz Rolls
- 3.5 oz strawberry jam
- vanilla
Steps
The preparation of the strawberry yogurt semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to wash, clean, and blend the strawberries. Transfer them to a bowl, then add the semi-whipped cream, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and mix. Line a mold of desired shape with plastic wrap
Add about half of the mixture obtained. Add a stripe of strawberry jam in the center, then cover with the remaining mixture.
Finally, put a layer of rolls on top. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for a few hours.
