Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam

A delicious jam made with fresh strawberries I personally picked, made in a version without added sugars! Of course, I added a bit of lemon juice and freshly squeezed apple juice using the extractor! Compared to the classic jam, this sugar-free version is much healthier and has a shorter shelf life (about 2/3 months), so I made a small batch!

Ingredients for Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam:

  • 2.2 lbs strawberries
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • Half lemon

Steps

The preparation of sugar-free strawberry jam is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • First, wash and clean the strawberries. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

  • Remove the foam that forms during cooking. Once the desired thickness is reached, immediately pour into previously sterilized jars. Seal the jars well and turn them upside down to create a vacuum seal. Once cooled, you can re-boil the jars for about 20 minutes.
