Ingredients
- 2 1/8 cups water
- 4 leaves sage (fresh)
- 2 slices lemon (organic)
- to taste honey (optional)

Steps
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the sage leaves and let them steep for about 10 minutes, covering the pot with a lid.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, add the lemon juice, and let the herbal tea cool slightly.
With the help of a strainer, filter the sage leaves from the herbal tea, pouring the liquid into a cup.
Our DIGESTIVE SAGE AND LEMON HERBAL TEA is ready. If we desire a sweeter taste, we can add a teaspoon of honey, stirring until it completely dissolves.
Storage and Tips …
Consume immediately or let it cool and store in the fridge for 1 day.
You can replace fresh sage leaves with 2 teaspoons of dried leaves.
