Ingredients
- 12 oz chicken breast
- 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 cup gluten-free rice flour
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 orange
- 2 sprigs tarragon
- salt
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Grate the orange zest after washing and drying it well. Squeeze the juice and set aside.
Thinly slice the chicken breasts into strips. Coat them well in flour and shake off the excess.
In a pan, pour the oil and add the garlic clove in its skin. Heat over medium flame
Place the chicken breasts in and sauté for about 10 minutes. When they have turned a nice golden color, season with salt, deglaze with white wine. Once the alcohol has evaporated, flavor with fresh tarragon, orange zest, and also add the juice.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve immediately.

Tarragon can be replaced with thyme.
