Strawberry and Lemon Jam
A jam full of memories and love because I personally picked the strawberries from my mother’s garden, so I am sure they are 100% organic with zero treatments ☺️. After many years, I was able to smell the strawberries scent I experienced as a child because the strawberries I buy nowadays have nothing to do with these! Well, let’s say I’m very proud 😁! I chose to flavor it with lemon, zest, and juice because in my opinion, the strawberry and lemon combination is the best!!!

Steps
To prepare the strawberry and lemon jam watch the video HERE.
First, we wash and clean the strawberries. Add the sugar, grated lemon zest, lemon juice,
mix and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Then, bring it to the stove and cook for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove the foam and continue cooking.
Once the desired thickness is reached, immediately put it in previously sterilized jars. Seal tightly and turn them upside down to create a vacuum seal.
If you want to store it longer, re-boil the jars for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
