- 2 mozzarella
- 3.5 oz ham
- 5 tbsps pesto
- 3.5 oz provolone

First, heat the mozzarella in the microwave for a few minutes. Place the plastic wrap on the work surface and immediately place the mozzarella without the released liquid, spreading it quickly to obtain a thin rectangle. Dab with some paper as needed to dry it! Spread the pesto over it
add the slices of ham and provolone. Roll it up and wrap it in the plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
