Cake with chocolate and red wine, a beautiful pairing between red wine and chocolate, together they enhance the rich and decisive flavor of this amazing cake. Wonderful chocolate, whether it’s a drink, a cake, a mousse, or a bar. Whether it’s hot chocolate, cold, or iced, no other ingredient is so versatile in the kitchen. If you think about it, chocolate is everywhere, not only in our desserts, but we also find it in savory dishes, and even in beauty creams or fabric decorations. But here we are talking about the kitchen, so we can get creative. Often, just a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa in the preparation of shortcrust pastry is enough to enrich it.

To decorate the chocolate and red wine cake, you can prepare a shiny dark chocolate ganache to make this dessert more appealing. If desired, fill it with whipped cream. TO PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE: heat (but do not boil) 100 ml of cream, chop 150 g of dark chocolate into pieces, and off the heat, add the dark chocolate to the cream. Stir vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted.
