Tips and Notes
If you don’t have almond flour, grind the same amount of peeled almonds with a tablespoon of sugar (taken from the total).
You can add flavor with grated orange zest (I didn’t add it because I didn’t have an untreated orange available).
The most suitable pan for the Caprese is a pastiera pan 8 inches (which narrows at the bottom). Not having it, I used a classic springform pan 7 inches.
