  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 oz tuna
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 3.5 oz feta
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • hazelnuts (Toasted)

Steps

The preparation of the rice salad with zucchini, tuna, and feta is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • First, clean, wash, and dice the zucchini. Cook it for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, cook the rice, then drain and rinse it with cold water.

  • Add the drained tuna, the previously cooked zucchini, lemon juice and zest, a little extra virgin olive oil, toasted hazelnuts, and mix.

  • Plate the salad. Dice the feta and place it on top.
