Pan-Fried Artichokes
To clean the artichokes, cut off the stem (here are recipes to cook it), remove the tougher outer leaves, and cut off the tip. Then, wash them in water briefly.Cut the washed artichokes into wedges, dividing them into 4 or 8 parts depending on their size.
Place the artichokes in a large pan, spreading them in a single layer. Add a drizzle of oil, some water, and salt and/or vegetable broth cube.Cover with a lid and cook, checking the degree of cooking from time to time. If necessary, add more water or uncover to let the excess liquid evaporate. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
