  • To clean the artichokes, cut off the stem (here are recipes to cook it), remove the tougher outer leaves, and cut off the tip. Then, wash them in water briefly.

  • Place the artichokes in a large pan, spreading them in a single layer. Add a drizzle of oil, some water, and salt and/or vegetable broth cube.
