- 4 mozzarella balls
- 7 oz zucchini (Cooked)
- 7 oz oil-packed tuna
Steps
The preparation of the mozzarella roll with zucchini and tuna is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Heat the mozzarella in the microwave for a few minutes, then immediately spread them on plastic wrap to form a rectangle. Dab with paper towels to remove any excess liquid.
Blend the cooked zucchini and season to taste, then spread the obtained cream over the roll. Place the well-drained tuna on top and roll it up.
Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for a few hours, then slice it
enjoy your meal!
