Kinder Paradiso Egg-Free Snacks

I think we all know and love the famous snacks! Of course, I modified and slightly adapted the original recipe, making an egg-free version! I must say they turned out perfect and delicious, indeed, if I have to be really honest, I liked them more than the originals 😅. If you are Kinder fans you absolutely must try this recipe! This recipe is perfect all year round!

Ingredients for the Kinder Paradiso Egg-Free Snacks:

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Steps

  • Base preparation:

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, starch, and baking powder. Add oil, milk, and mix everything together.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold, spread and level it out. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

    Cream preparation:

    Mix mascarpone, sugar, and cream and whip.

  • After baking, flip the base and remove the attached parchment paper. Flip it again, then cut it in half.

  • Spread the cream on one half and cover with the other half of the base. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top and refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours, trim the edges

  • cut the snacks and decorate as desired.
