Walnut Cookies (with only 3 ingredients)

Hello everyone, this morning I made these walnut cookies to serve at the table for my family.

It’s a recipe that requires a bit of preparation time, but I didn’t have any time issues because I woke up early and decided to make this different breakfast.

Unlike what you might think, these cookies are not too dry but are instead soft and crumbly. These walnut cookies are so good that they literally melt in your mouth.

  • 2 cups walnuts (shelled)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Steps to Make Walnut Cookies

  • These cookies are delicious treats and very easy to prepare. Ideal for breakfast or a snack. A quick recipe made of 3 simple ingredients, without flour, milk, or butter. Only walnuts, sugar, and an egg.

  • Finely chop the walnuts using a mixer. Transfer the chopped walnuts into a bowl, add the sugar and the egg.

  • Mix everything very well with a spatula or even with your hands.

  • To make the balls, I used an ice cream scoop. If you don’t have one, use a teaspoon, take a little dough and work it with your hands until you get a ball. Naturally, if you use less dough, you’ll make more cookies.

  • As you form the balls, roll them in powdered sugar, then place the balls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, spaced apart.

  • Once the tray is full, bake at 350°F and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Always adjust according to your oven.

  • After the cooking time, take the walnut cookies out of the oven and let them cool, then serve them at the table.
