Ingredients to prepare mandarin mushrooms
- 4 mandarins
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 0.4 cups vegetable oil
- 0.9 cups sugar
- 1 Golden apples
- 1 packet baking powder

Preparation of mandarin mushrooms
Wash the mandarins, cut them in half and remove the seeds, you should use them with the peel, so they must be certified organic.
Use a blender or, better yet, a homogenizer to puree the mandarins.
Once the first step is done, set it aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in the stand mixer and add the oil
and the mandarin puree
Add the flour, baking powder, and peeled apple cut into small pieces.
Prepare the paper liners in the muffin tin.
Using a ladle, fill the liners halfway.
Bake for 20 minutes at 356°F (180°C)
