Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 5.6 oz Nutella®
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsps Nutella (for filling)
- to taste powdered sugar (optional)

- Stand mixer
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet
- Piping bag
Steps
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Put the egg and Nutella in the bowl and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
Add the flour and knead for 1 minute at spiga speed.
If using a stand mixer, mix the egg with Nutella until you get a cream, then add the flour and knead.
Transfer the obtained dough onto a work surface and compact it until you get a smooth and homogeneous ball.
Form 20 balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, make a hole in the center of each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Meanwhile, fill a piping bag with Nutella, fill the cooled cookies, and place them on a slate plate.
If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Storage and advice …
Store covered by a cake dome.
Consume within 2/3 days.
Before filling the Nutellotti, let the Nutella soften by placing the jar in a bowl of warm water.
