Tips and Variations
You can use either chicken breast as I did, or mixed ground chicken.
Adjust the amount of breadcrumbs until you reach the right consistency. Do not add too much, or the meatloaf will be dry.
You can serve the dish with baked potatoes, fresh vegetables, or sautéed vegetables.
You can serve the meatloaf with mayonnaise, mustard, green sauce, tuna sauce, or any other sauce you like.
