Indeed, mango is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, fiber, antioxidants, folates, while pineapple is rich in Vitamin C, manganese, bromelain (an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties), fiber. Both fruits are high in water, helping to maintain hydration.

Ingredients for Mango and Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 2/3 cups soy milk
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 mango

Mango and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Start the preparation of the mango and pineapple smoothie with the fruit.
Peel the mango and cut it in half.
Remove the central seed and dice it.
Also clean the pineapple from its skin and cut it into cubes.Place the fruit on a plate or in a bowl covered with parchment paper.
Put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Once frozen, transfer the fruit into the blender jar.Also add the soy beverage into the blender.
If the fruit is sweet enough, there’s no need to sweeten it, otherwise add sugar, honey, maple syrup… or generally the sweetener you usually use.Blend everything until you get a fairly thick smoothie.
If the consistency is too solid, add a bit more soy beverage.
Transfer the mango and pineapple smoothie into glasses or bottles and drink it immediately.

How long does it keep?
You can keep this smoothie in the fridge for a couple of days.
It might separate, so shake it well before drinking.Can I use cow’s milk?
Absolutely! If you don’t want to use soy beverage you can still replace it with your favorite plant-based beverage, if you love exotic flavors, coconut would be perfect!
Can I use canned pineapple?
Yes, but as it is preserved in syrup, the drink will be much sweeter.
