Tips and Variations
If you have leftovers, keep the sporcamuss in the refrigerator, closed in a container.
You can bake the puff pastry and prepare the cream in advance, but I recommend assembling the pastries just before serving.
You can adjust the amount of sugar in the cream to your liking. You can use Philadelphia, mascarpone, or ricotta.
The sporcamuss can also be filled with pastry cream, diplomatic cream, chocolate mousse, whipped cream with added strawberries.
If instead of opening them you stack two together, I recommend baking two rolls of puff pastry, so you can use all the cream.
