LET’S PREPARE THE MARCHIGIAN DONUT CAKE WITH NUTELLA PERFECT RECIPE
Then combine the other ingredients and mix until a workable dough is formed. You can also do this on the working surface, place the flours on the surface, make a hole in the center, and add the ingredients, start kneading until you form a nice dough ball that you will let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After resting, roughly spread the dough with your hands, it shouldn’t be thin, add Nutella over the entire surface and roll it up, shape it into a donut and place it in a greased and floured donut mold. Brush the surface with the egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar and powdered sugar and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, but check with your oven and do the toothpick test. Remove from the oven and dust again with powdered sugar.
