Savory Cheese Rolls
An original idea to prepare an appetizer different from the usual, especially if, like me, you are a cheese lover! I tell you these rolls are delicious and will be gone in a few minutes, so prepare a large quantity! A very simple recipe made with a no-yeast dough!

Ingredients for the savory cheese rolls:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1.3 lbs sheep ricotta
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 7 oz yogurt
- salt
- 1 egg
Steps

Dough preparation:
Put the flour, water, oil, a bit of salt and knead until you get a smooth dough. Divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll out each piece as thin as possible.
Filling preparation:
Place the ricotta, eggs, a bit of salt and blend
Assembly:
Spread a bit of filling over the very thin dough and roll it up.
Place the roll on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat the same for the other 3. Cut them into the desired size pieces.
For the topping:
Mix the yogurt, egg, a bit of salt
mix together. Spread the resulting cream on top. Bake at 355°F for about 50 minutes.
